Please prepare the whole pork belly first.
I ordered the meat from Hi-Fork Mall and prepared it.
The meat that will be cooked in the air fryer is a little greasy, so it's light and soft, not dry.
STEP 2/9
First, if you cut the meat with diamonds, it will be cooked to the inside and the visuals are much better.
Zigzag diamond cuts about 1cm without having to go deep.

And sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper or 1 teaspoon of herb salt like me.
If you spray herb salt, you can make it fragrant and delicious without any other ingredients to remove the smell.

You can let the meat ripen separately. I'll leave it for 15 minutes
They prepared it for me to cook it in the air fryer right away.
This is about 250g, which is perfect for one person.

Please adjust the temperature to 170 degrees.
I set it at 170 degrees for 15 minutes first.
We usually turn it upside down for 10 minutes, but we didn't turn it around at first
The temperature inside was low, so I returned it for 15 minutes at first.
If you start at a high temperature, the outside might get burnt
At first, turn it to a relatively low temperature of 160 to 170 degrees.

After about 15 minutes, turn it upside down and turn it back up to 180 degrees for another 10 minutes.

If you look at it in 10 minutes, you can see that it's almost cooked, right?
Now, lastly, turn it to the other side and cook it at 180 degrees for another 10 minutes.
If you prepared vegetables like garlic or onions
It's good to put it in at the last 10 minutes.
