Slice the radish into thin slices and prepare it.
Cover a concave pan with sesame oil and stir-fry the radish for 1 minute.

Place washed and trimmed bean sprouts on lightly cooked radishes and sprinkle with 1/2 spoonful of salt.

Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Open the lid and season carefully mixing bean sprouts and radish sprouts.

Lastly, sprinkle sesame seeds and salt to complete the neat holiday side dishes!
You don't have to worry about the pot burning because the radish is cooked and the seasoning is soaked.
However, if the pan is heated over high heat when stir-frying the radish at first, the surface of the radish may burn and taste burnt, so make sure to cook it over low heat.
