Two chestnuts are divided into four parts for decoration, and the rest are chopped thick and used for sand.

Mix the syrup with sugar and water, heat it in a microwave for about 1 minute and 30 minutes, dissolve the sugar, and cool it down.

Apply all the remaining syrup, spread all the remaining whipped cream, and leave it in the refrigerator.

Put the marong paste in a bowl and gently dissolve it with a rubber spatula, then add the whipped cream and mix well.

Put chestnut cream in a piping bag, cut the end a little, squeeze it on the top so that no cream can be seen on the cake, and decorate it with the cut chestnut.
