Beef soup street is usually made of sesang or sunny side up, but we often use a softer sunny side up.

You have to stir-fry the radish and beef.
I learned from my mother that if you stir-fry the radish until it becomes transparent, the fishy taste of the radish disappears and the beef broth comes out better.

Stir-fry beef and radish over high heat.
Stir-fry the radish until it's transparent.

When the radish becomes transparent, stir-fry the minced garlic one more time.

If you add rice water, it becomes more delicious beef radish soup.

I saw So Yu-jin put ginger powder in the restaurant, so I added ginger powder.
Add a pinch of ginger powder.

I like to eat it not salty, so I only put 1/2 spoonful of salt.
