STEP 2/20
Chop the vegetables into small pieces
STEP 3/20
Cut the wood core into cubes, too. - Salt, pepper, mirin!
STEP 4/20
Put oil on the pan and add minced garlic to make it smell
STEP 5/20
Stir-fry the pork neck
STEP 6/20
Put the oil in the pan and add the chopped green onion and garlic
STEP 7/20
Stir-fry vegetables
STEP 8/20
When the vegetables are almost fried - a little bit of salt and pepper!
STEP 9/20
Mix the fried meat and rice well
Pour in 1T of water
STEP 10/20
-Oyster sauce 3~4T
1/2T of red pepper powder
STEP 11/20
Stir-fry it. - Add 1T of pork cutlet sauce and stir-fry it until it tastes sour. Turn off the heat and add sesame oil
STEP 12/20
When you're done, put rice in an omurice mold
STEP 13/20
Put it on the plate
STEP 14/20
I'll prepare an omelet - Mix 3 eggs, 1T sugar, 1T salt, and 1T milk
STEP 15/20
Put oil in the pan and preheat it
STEP 16/20
Scramble quickly over medium heat. (You can do it at a distance from the fire.)
STEP 17/20
Fold egg to 2/3 point and end
STEP 18/20
Hit the pan like that with chopsticks. The egg will hang on the pan
STEP 19/20
Fold the top part inwards, organize the ends, flip it over with a snap, and cook it
STEP 20/20
Put the omelet on the rice and you're done!
1. If you put a lot of milk in it, the egg becomes less coagulative, making it hard to shape it!
2. Don't cook the omelet for too long because you have to cook it half-cooked! (There are many videos on YouTube!)
3. I recommend you to sprinkle demigras sauce and pork cutlet sauce on top of eggs!
(Forgot the sauce...)
Thank you so much for coming to see my recipe. This is my second dish. I always think about what to do when I think about food Since I made an omelet, should I make a tornado omelet rice? [Laughing]
That was the badger!
