Defrost the shrimp in advance, cut off the beard, wash it in running water once, and peel it with just one word on the head, tail, and tail. You can scratch it with the back of a knife to remove the black impurities at the end of the tail, but I just cut the end with scissors and removed the pointed water bag.

I left it because the intestines are not messy enough to have to be removed.
I didn't want to make it too curved, so I put a few cuts 2-3mm deep on the belly, but if it splashes straight, I'll definitely put 4-5 cuts and do the bottom work of spreading it straight by hand.
