The bean paste is a brown sauce made from beans. It is similar to Korean red pepper paste and has a unique spicy taste and scent. It is made by mixing beans and silkworm beans with fermented spices such as red peppers and salt.

  • Soy sauce

  • Sugar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut the tofu into the desired size, please.
STEP 2/5
Chop the green onions.
STEP 3/5
Add minced garlic, soy sauce, bean paste, sugar and sesame oil and mix.
STEP 4/5
Put tofu on a plate and sprinkle green onions.
STEP 5/5
Sprinkle the sauce.
