  • Sugar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Chop vegetables in the refrigerator as you like.
STEP 2/3
Put the udon in boiling water for 2 minutes
STEP 3/3
Flavor a pan heated with cooking oil with ginger, and stir-fry the meat first.
Continue to stir-fry the vegetables on high heat. Add the noodles
Lastly, season with soy sauce (soy sauce mixed with sugar and cooking wine), add sriracha, and stir-fry to finish.
I used teriyaki soy sauce that I made and kept myself. (Please refer to teriyaki episode at the free lady's restaurant.) You have to stir-fry it quickly on high heat to buy vegetables
