*Bullet seasoning formula:
Add 1 tablespoon of brewed soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, and 1/4 tablespoon of minced garlic per 100 grams of meat to suit your taste.
If it's more than a kilo, reduce the amount of seasoning to about 80%
That is, 1 gram of bulgogi persimmon (600 grams) and 6 tablespoons of brewed soy sauce
Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic.
