Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Add thick salt and a little water, wash thoroughly, and rinse two or three times in light salt water.
*Oysters need to be washed with salt water and washed in seawater to not lose their taste, but I washed them in light salt water because there was no seawater

Pickle the drained oysters with 2T of thick salt.

Pickled oysters are aged in an airtight container for 6 hours in the refrigerator.
