  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • crushed garlic

  • Cooking oil
  • thick soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare enough ham and cut it into long pieces
Slice an onion thinly. Chop green onions and chili peppers
STEP 2/6
Add oil to the pan and stir-fry minced garlic until it smells like garlic
STEP 3/6
When the garlic is cooked, add onions and stir-fry it. Then, add ham and stir-fry it together

Add 2 spoons of soy sauce and stir-fry it. Add oyster sauce to your taste I only put soy sauce to make it simple, but it wasn't bad and not boring!

Add chopped green onions and chili peppers and stir-fry them so that they blend well together
