Airfryer Meat Pancake: Crispy instead of moist
I baked meat pancakes in an air fryer with the intention of making soup and side dishes. It was less moist compared to cooking oil, but I like the crispy taste. Especially, I was satisfied because I could make it with little oil. I don't know if it's a memorial service or a guest, but try it when you eat with your family.
