#Half-dried octopus dish #Making half-dried octopus stir-fry #So
Last time, the half-dried clams were really good I was going to do it again, but I thought I would get tired of it, so I'll use a half-dried octopus this time I made stir-fried soy sauce with the same seasoning and method.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
It's a semi-dried octopus. Usually, you just have to eat a little bit of alcohol. This can be a side dish. It's less fishy than half-dried clams. It's a lot more chewy.
STEP 2/7
Stir-fry the half-dried octopus in a heated pan. Just stir-fry it without oil. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes, then add plenty of sesame oil and stir-fry again. Then it has a savory scent and it helps with the fishy taste. It becomes a softer octopus.
STEP 3/7
Shake off some pepper. Add the sauce you made. Add soy sauce, sugar, bottled water, plum juice, and cooking wine that you made last time and stir-fry them together.
STEP 4/7
To give it a red light, cut the red pepper into small pieces and put it in.
STEP 5/7
A little bit of spicy taste can also help you get rid of the fishy taste. So, chop and add Cheongyang chili peppers and stir-fry them while mixing them well.
STEP 6/7
Finally, the octopus started to glow with soy sauce. Since it's stir-fried well, I'm going to finish by sprinkling sesame seeds to finish.
STEP 7/7
This is a half-dried octopus stir-fry that is both a side dish and a side dish made using half-dried octopus. It's sweet and salty because it's seasoned with soy sauce.

I only made it red with semi-dried octopus, but it was different They like it because it tastes good. I added more soy sauce, so the color and taste are savory, but I think it'd be good to add fresh peppers and eat it as a side dish Thank you so much for liking it.
