STEP 1/9
The white milk disappeared, but the oat milk was still there, so I poured it all to catch the smell of the chicken and left it for 30 minutes
STEP 2/9
I washed the chicken in the milk clean and removed the fat. After blanching it once, we're going to make braised chicken, so put in the washed moon, bay leaves, and pepper and boil it for about 5 minutes, and the impurities come up into the foam. When it boils for about 5 minutes, remove the chicken and rinse under running water
STEP 3/9
I put chicken in wok, 2T of sugar, and 800ml of water. Adding sugar first is a tip from a housewife.
STEP 4/9
Prepare vegetables by cutting mushrooms, potatoes, onions, carrots, green onions, and cheongyang peppers
STEP 5/9
When I put water in and boiled it, the foam came up a little, so I removed it, too. If you want a clean taste, remove the foam. I added potatoes, onions, and carrots
STEP 6/9
Add 3T of soy sauce, 1T of ground garlic, 3T of red pepper powder, and 2T of cooking wine and bring to a boil.
STEP 7/9
Add the mushrooms after the chicken and potatoes are cooked.
STEP 8/9
It's missing in the picture, but I added 1T of soy sauce, 1T of red pepper powder, and 2T of oligosaccharide to season it
STEP 9/9
If you add pepper and green onion, it becomes braised spicy chicken
