On a low medium heat, put sesame oil in the pan, stir-fry garlic, and stir-fry fish cakes. You have to stir it well so that it doesn't burn. Normally, it's good to stir-fry it in cooking oil, but it's better if you stir-fry it in sesame oil that's not strong.
STEP 5/6
Add soy sauce and oligosaccharide to the water, pour it into the pan, stir-fry it until the sauce is fully seasoned, grind pepper, shred green onions, and stir-fry it briefly. For the sweet taste, add one of oligosaccharides or starch syrup sugar to make it taste good
