A recipe for beef mushroom porridge that makes your stomach warm
I don't know if you've heard of the word "a bowl of hot rice soup is better" that has recently heated up SNS. I think Koreans' love for hot and cool dishes is endless. Especially in this winter season, I think of warmer dishes than other times. I especially like to cook porridge in winter. In Korea, there are many porridge restaurants, but here in Canada, if you don't go to a similar Chinese "conji dish" restaurant to eat porridge, there is actually no place to eat, so you can make it at home. Cooking Steps

1] First, chop the chives used as garnish, and chop the zucchini and red pepper into 0.7cm squares. If you add chives later, you can enjoy it more abundantly because it has a base texture that may be a bit disappointing when you eat porridge.

2] Slice mushroom to 0.5cm thick.

3] Now, preheat the pot over high heat for 3 minutes, stir-fry half a tablespoon of garlic around cooking oil, add red pepper and zucchini pumpkin, stir-fry for about 2 minutes, and stir-fry well enough for about 4 minutes. As the rice is fried, the bottom is slightly pressed, and a better flavor is created.
