Cooking Steps

Mix flour with salt, green onion kimchi soup, and water. The dough should be thick. We need green onion kimchi and bean sprouts.

Trim and wash the bean sprouts, drain them, and chop them into small pieces.

Cut the green onion kimchi into small pieces like bean sprouts and add it to the prepared dough.

This is the egg frying pan I bought. I never thought this would be used in Sumine's side dishes. I bought it to make fried eggs all at once, but I didn't expect to make green onion kimchi pancake here!! Put a little bit of oil on the heated pan.

Add the batter thinly so that it is not too thick. Cook over medium heat gently.

And flip it over a little bit by turning it upside down. The size is small, so it flips easily. If you flip it over using chopsticks and spoons, you can flip it well so that it doesn't get messy. After frying the front and back until golden brown, put a little bit of oil on it and fry the green onion kimchi pancake again.
