Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Seaweed increases 10 times when soaked, so even a little soaking is a lot
STEP 2/8
Pour plenty of cold water and soak the seaweed for 5 to 10 minutes. If you soak it for too long, the sticky ingredients of the seaweed come out and the delicious taste goes away. Rinse two or three times to remove the water.

Finely chop the onion and shred the red paprika. Rinse both in cold water to remove the spicy taste of the onion and drain the red water from the paprika. You have to remove the water well so that the sauce doesn't get watery
STEP 4/8
Sauce is a healthy taste made with perilla oil and perilla powder. Add 1 1/2 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, 1 tablespoon of sesame, 1 tablespoon of perilla oil, 40ml of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sand lance extract, and 4 tablespoon of perilla powder and stir well.

Cut it into bite-size pieces with scissors.

Add the sauce and season the seaweed first

Add onions and paprika

Mix it well. If the seasoning doesn't match, add a little more salt.
