Add anchovies, kelp and 3C water and boil the broth.
*Put kelp and anchovies in water for about 30 minutes to make a deeper taste of broth.
It doesn't have a deep taste if you put beef in the broth.

Tear oyster mushrooms by hand.

Cut the radish into small pieces, please.

Bean sprouts have long roots and get stuck in the throat, so they take off the roots.
*It contains asparagine and is good for fatigue recovery and hangover, so you can just boil it.

Chop the onions, please.

Cut the green onion in half and cut it into 2cm long pieces.
(You can cut it sideways)

Cut tofu into thick pieces.

Beat in eggs with a fork or chopstick.

Put sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry minced garlic, beef, onion, and radish.
*If you stir-fry beef and vegetables in sesame oil and boil them, it can be more savory.

When it's properly fried, boil it with kelp stock and bean sprouts.

When bean sprouts smell ripe, open the lid, add tofu, mushrooms, and beaten eggs, boil them again, and season them with red pepper oil, red pepper powder, fish sauce, and salt.
If you add beef only, it doesn't taste deep, so please boil it with anchovy stock.
*If you stir-fry beef and vegetables in sesame oil and boil them, it can be more savory.
