I defrosted the shrimp in the freezer with a plastic bag

Remove the mustache, remove the point above the tail, and cut it from the tip of the head to the back with scissors

Slice two garlics flat and prepare them

Drain shrimp, pour olive oil into pan and cook back and forth

Cool it down and remove all skin If you spread the scissors on the back, it will be removed easily

Add green onions and shredded peppers and scramble 1T of dark soy sauce on top of green onions

The shrimp is undercooked, so please cook it again

Sprinkle 1T of red pepper powder and mix well

Please put in four bowls of rice
Sprinkle 1T of thick soy sauce on top of the rice

Mix it. Mix the egg side later. (So that the color doesn't get messy)
If you coat the shrimp in advance, the juice doesn't go out and it becomes firm
