Octopus pasta made with octopus instead of gambas shrimp.
After the ritual, we will eat octopus with the remaining octopus sashimi. I made it with octopus sashimi instead of shrimp in Gambas made of shrimp. I made it simply with ingredients that I don't have, but it's delicious.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Prepare four boiled octopus legs (300g) and cut them diagonally 0.5cm thick by removing the hanging octopus shell. It's less tough to cut the loose octopus peel
STEP 2/7
Melt 1+1/2 tablespoon butter in a heated pan.
STEP 3/7
Add 4tol of garlic thinly and stir-fry first to give it a flavor
STEP 4/7
And cut 3 cheongyang peppers diagonally and stir-fry them.
STEP 5/7
Then add the prepared octopus and 3/4 teaspoon of herb salt and stir-fry it.
STEP 6/7
Butter-fried octopus tastes good with baguette like this.
STEP 7/7
Instead of baguette, boil 80g of spaghetti noodles and stir-fry together to make octopus pasta.
