Making Taiwanese Sandwich Hongruisen - Ham Cheese Sandwich / Gre
I made Hongruisen sandwich, which has been popular for a long time. I tried it for the first time not too long ago. Actually, there's nothing in it It was much better than a convenience store sandwich.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, butter was kept at room temperature for about an hourgo
Add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk and mix well.
STEP 2/8
Until butter melts and becomes creamy
Mix it well.
With this amount, I can make 3 sandwiches (6).
STEP 3/8
Beat in 2 eggs and make 2 egg garnish.
I didn't season it separately.
STEP 4/8
Spread mayonnaise evenly over 2 slices of bread.

Put egg garnish on top of it
Spread evenly with butter condensed milk sauce.
STEP 6/8
On top of the remaining 2 slices of bread
Spread the butter condensed milk sauce.
STEP 7/8
Put bread on top of egg garnish
Place ham and cheese on top and cover with bread.
STEP 8/8
Cut the edges of the bread with a knife
Cut it diagonally and it's done!
