Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the cabbage in half and add a cut in the middle.
10:1 Wet it in salt water and sprinkle salt on the stem.
Turn it over after 6 hours, wash it after 6 hours and drain.
STEP 2/6
Put anchovies and kelp in 50C cups of water to make broth, boil glutinous rice paste with glutinous rice powder, add ground beef at the end, and cool it down.
Put the pepper powder first and soak it
Add garlic, ginger, sugar, anchovy milk, and ground shrimp and mix.
Cut the hearing into small pieces and put it in.
(How to take care of hearing: Soak in water for 10 minutes, rub it until clear water comes out, and squeeze out the water to cut it.)

The green onions are pickled in milk soup,

Mix water parsley and radish with sauce.
(Don't cut the radish in advance. Cut it at the end and mix it with red pepper powder.)

Cut the radish to put between the cabbages and color it with red pepper powder.
(If you pickle it with salt, the crunchiness decreases.)
STEP 5/6
Wash oysters, drain, and mix in the sauce.

Drain the washed cabbage for about 6 hours, apply the seasoning, add a little bit of beef, 2-3 oysters, and put them in a container.
Put the radish in between the cabbages and eat it. It's delicious
Salt is not bitter when you use it after removing enough salt is not bitter taste. It's good to turn over 5 heads each in a plastic bag for kimchi when it's pickled cabbage. Cut radish before kneading. If you cut it in advance, it tastes bitter. Kimchi in a container tastes better if you put it in the kimchi refrigerator after 4 hours Enjoy your meal.~^^
