STEP 1/7
Prepare beef bone broth/basic broth
*I mixed some water with commercial beef bone broth
STEP 2/7
Soak dried dried pollack in water for a while, remove the bones from the flesh, squeeze out the water, and cut it into small pieces
STEP 3/7
Beat in eggs, chop green onions, add 1 pinch of salt and mix well
STEP 4/7
Pour the egg water three times into the cut dried pollack and mix gently
STEP 5/7
When the beef bone broth starts to boil, add number 4 and stir
Turn down the gas stove on medium low heat
Season to taste with salt
STEP 6/7
Add pepper powder and minced garlic and boil a bit, and the dried pollack soup is done
STEP 7/7
I like spicy food, so I added red chili peppers
You can add whatever you want
It's a dried pollack soup with simple yet nutritious egg clothes
It's good as hangover soup for the groom who is tired of drinking frequently because it's the end of the year
You can use basic broth/collection water instead of beef bone broth
