STEP 1/11
The squid separates the body from the legs, divides the stomach, removes the intestines and spinal cord, and removes the eyes and leaves attached to the legs.
STEP 2/11
The body is cut in half based on the spinal cord and cut inside the body, not the skin, as shown in the picture above.
STEP 3/11
Next, cut it at 1.5cm intervals.
STEP 4/11
Cut the sharp end of the legs a little bit, cut them into two pieces, and cut the head and ears into bite-size pieces.
STEP 5/11
Cut green onions in half, cut them at intervals of 6cm, cut onions at intervals of 1cm, and cut Cheongyang peppers at intervals of 0.5cm.
STEP 6/11
Cut carrots into shapes and sizes similar to green onions and cut cabbage into large pieces.
STEP 7/11
When all the ingredients are ready, oil the pan and stir-fry green onions and onions.
STEP 8/11
When it starts to smell like green onions and onions, add squid and stir-fry.
STEP 9/11
When the squid is 70% cooked, add 2/3 of the seasoning and stir-fry.
STEP 10/11
When the squid and seasoning go well together, add carrots, cabbage, and the rest of the seasoning and stir-fry.
STEP 11/11
When all the ingredients, including squid, are cooked properly, add Cheongyang red pepper at the end and stir-fry for about 20 seconds, then remove from the heat and sprinkle roasted sesame seeds to complete the stir-fried squid.
Since the key ingredient of stir-fried squid is squid, I didn't add a lot of vegetables.
I like vegetables, but I don't eat vegetables that are in stir-fried foods such as stir-fried squid, but I only eat the main ingredients, so I put in the right amount of vegetables.
Usually, vegetables are stir-fried at the end, but green onions and onions are the best to stir-fry first.
If you stir-fry green onions and onions before stir-frying squid, the scent of green onions and onions can remove the fishy smell of squid, so you can make stir-fried squid without fishy taste.
I made it right away without marinating the squid in the sauce, and if you have time, you can mix the sauce with the squid, then let it ripen for at least 10 minutes, and then stir-fry it.
