The golden recipe for stir-fried squid is so easy
"What should I make for dinner tonight?" I had a simple meal at home in the morning, and I had a good and fun time with my friends for lunch, so what about the rest of the dinner? I thought about the food I would make for dinner, but I didn't have any ingredients I wanted to buy because I didn't think "This is it!" So I dragged my cart around without interest, and I saw a squid in my eyes. When I saw two cleanly trimmed squid sold in a pack, I said, "I'm going to make stir-fried squid for dinner." In fact, I prefer to cut squid into ring shapes when making stir-fried squid, but there were only cut squid that were cut in a large mart, and there were no cut squid that were not cut. Still, the squid was cleanly trimmed, so it was good that I didn't have to take care of it at home. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
The squid separates the body from the legs, divides the stomach, removes the intestines and spinal cord, and removes the eyes and leaves attached to the legs.

Since the key ingredient of stir-fried squid is squid, I didn't add a lot of vegetables. I like vegetables, but I don't eat vegetables that are in stir-fried foods such as stir-fried squid, but I only eat the main ingredients, so I put in the right amount of vegetables. Usually, vegetables are stir-fried at the end, but green onions and onions are the best to stir-fry first. If you stir-fry green onions and onions before stir-frying squid, the scent of green onions and onions can remove the fishy smell of squid, so you can make stir-fried squid without fishy taste. I made it right away without marinating the squid in the sauce, and if you have time, you can mix the sauce with the squid, then let it ripen for at least 10 minutes, and then stir-fry it.
