STEP 4/8
Prepare ginger while sterilized glass bottles dry.
Prepare as much as you want to make.
STEP 5/8
Remove the skin and shred.
It's okay if it turns blue
Blue ginger does not mean that it is rotten.

STEP 6/8
I thought there was a lot of ginger, but they put it all in the large bottle on the right.
Ginger: honey = 1:1
I moved entire ginger to the bottle on the right (bigger bottle) due to the ratio between ginger and honey.
STEP 7/8
Add honey.
Stir well with ginger.
Please add honey and mix with ginger well.
STEP 8/8
Leave it at room temperature for one day and refrigerate from the second day.
I wrote down the completed date on the lid.
Please keep it for one day in the room temperature and keep it in the fridge from the 2nd day.
