Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Soak the glass noodles in cold water.
STEP 2/11
Blanch cocktail shrimp once.
STEP 3/11
Shred the red paprika.
STEP 4/11
Chop green paprika.
STEP 5/11
Cut chicory into bite-size pieces.
STEP 6/11
Cut coriander into bite-size pieces.
STEP 7/11
Remove seeds from cucumbers and slice them sideways.
STEP 8/11
Make the sauce with minced garlic, fish sauce, lemon juice, oligosaccharide, and chili sauce.
STEP 9/11
Blanch the soaked glass noodles slightly.
STEP 10/11
Rinse blanched glass noodles in water.
STEP 11/11
Add all the ingredients and mix.
* You can use other salad vegetables. * If you add bay leaves and lemon juice when blanching shrimp, you can blanch them without any fishy smell.
