Smoked Salmon Sandwich Recipe (+Smoked Salmon Salad Dressing)
Smoked salmon is so good, right? I made Nisuaz salad and made sandwiches with the remaining ingredients. It was so delicious. If you only have sandwich ingredients, you can have a hearty meal in 10 minutes the next morning. I'll tell you a really delicious dressing recipe along with the sandwich.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
#Making ingredients
-Sliced boiled eggs, please.
- Wash young leaf vegetables and salad vegetables and soak them in ice water.
- Remove the seeds and chop the cucumber thickly to the size of a little nail.
- Chop the onions thickly like cucumbers.
- Slice the olives.
- Remove the top of the cherry tomatoes and slice them.
- Drain and finely chop the dill.
Crush the capers, too.
-Make juice and zest with cleanly washed lemon.

#Making Dressing
Place the dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

#Making vegetable mix
Add chopped onions, cucumbers, sliced olives and dressing and mix well.

Bake the multigrain bread until golden.
(When using the oven, 170 degrees for 7-10 minutes)

#Create Sandwich
Spread ricotta cheese on one side of the bread.
- Place drained young leaf vegetables and salad vegetables on other breads.
- Spread the vegetable mix on top of the vegetables.
- Put an egg of sliced rice on top.
-Put smoked salmon as much as you want.
Sprinkle some dill on top of smoked salmon.
-Put a drop of tomato on top of the slice.
-A little bit of dressing in the vegetable mix, and a little bit of pepper.
Cover with bread covered with ricotta cheese.
Make sandwiches and add only avocados to the remaining ingredients to make the Nisuaz salad. It's delicious if you mix it with ricotta cheese that you put on the bread.
