Wash the chamsora clean with a toothbrush.

Put the chamsora in a pot so that it can see the top, add water, and add 1 tablespoon of soybean paste, 3 bay leaves, and a little cooking wine.

Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Poke the chamsora with chopsticks or wooden skewers, and roll it to lose weight.

Remove the internal organs at the end of the chamsora.

Remove the black gallbladder from the back.

Remove the hard scab on the top.
STEP 8/8
Cut the conch in half, remove all the mouth, salivary glands, and intestines, and cut it into bite-sized pieces to complete steamed conch.
You can eat the intestines according to your preference, but gallbladder and salivary glands can cause upset stomach, so please remove them!
