STEP 1/15
All the ingredients are cut into squares. Potatoes can be crushed while boiling, so it's better to cut them into big pieces. It's good to remove the seeds and cut the cucumbers. Since apples are used with the skin, please pay attention to the cleaning and the discoloration is easy, so I'll cut the apples just before mixing the ingredients.
STEP 2/15
Pour enough cold water to cover the potatoes and carrots, add a little salt, and boil them for about 15 minutes. Potatoes become transparent when cooked, but it's most accurate if you eat one.
STEP 3/15
Don't rinse it in water and let it cool through a sieve.
STEP 4/15
Pour enough cold water to cover the quail eggs, add a little salt, and boil for 5 minutes. Rinse it in cold water.
STEP 5/15
To peel easily, put boiled quail eggs in an airtight container, pour about 1cm of cold water at the bottom of the airtight container, close the lid, and shake it all over. You can't fill it up with quail eggs, but you have to have enough space for them to shake. Then you can easily peel the quail eggs with a lot of balance. One peeled quail egg was peeled off by itself when I opened the lid. It's easy to peel if you peel it once or twice.
STEP 6/15
Rinse once in cold water and drain.
STEP 7/15
Add a little bit of cucumber salt, marinate for about 10 minutes, and then squeeze the water out of the onion net. This is because raw cucumbers produce a lot of water over time
STEP 8/15
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and add 5 to 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise and a little bit of salt.
STEP 9/15
I put on plastic gloves and lightly rubbed it so that it doesn't break.
STEP 10/15
It's done with the old Sarada.
STEP 11/15
I like the sweet texture of raisins.
STEP 12/15
Cucumbers, crab sticks, quail eggs, and so on. It's pretty in various colors, right
STEP 13/15
The soft texture of quail eggs is also delicious.
STEP 14/15
Crab meat and sausage taste good, too. You can add ham.
STEP 15/15
The crunchy apple flavor is also delicious. Food is a memory. I miss my mother so much while eating the old Sarada.
