STEP 1/13
Please make anchovy kelp stock. Boil anchovies and kelp in 2 liters of water, and when the water boils, take out the kelp first and boil it deeply for about 20 minutes.
STEP 2/13
If you rinse the pollack roughly without defrosting and boil it, you will not be able to eat it due to the fishy smell and bitterness, so please use it after defrosting. Remove the fins of the pollack, and remove the black membrane from the pollack intestines to prevent the bitter taste, so wash it clean after removing it. For dynamic defrosting, defrost the refrigerator, but it will defrost gradually, so move it to the refrigerator in advance^^
STEP 3/13
I prepared a haughty boy (Mandeuk) that looks similar to a sea squirt.
STEP 4/13
Wash radishes, onions, green onions, garlic, and peppers and prepare them.
STEP 5/13
Prepare the ingredients for the pollack stew.
Slice the radish thinly
Shredded onions
Slice green onions and peppers sideways
Crushing garlic
Soak a handful of crown daisies in water
STEP 6/13
[Seasoning]
1 teaspoon of red pepper paste, 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of soybean paste, 3 tablespoons of minced garlic
2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of pepper
Mix it well and make the sauce.
STEP 7/13
Put anchovy kelp stock in a large pot and boil radish first. Boil it for about 10 minutes, then boil it with pollack and sauce when the radish is clear.
STEP 8/13
Add the pollack and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes, then add the onion. Add goni, pollack roe, and mandeuk, which are additional ingredients for pollack stew, and when it boils slightly, add green onions and green peppers and bring to a boil.
STEP 9/13
Remove the foam while boiling the pollack stew.
STEP 10/13
After tasting the pollack stew, season it with a little salt if it doesn't taste right, and transfer it to a hot pot or earthen pot. If you boil it in a large pot and put it in it, the soup is plenty and the taste is better.
STEP 11/13
Put crown daisy and red pepper on top of the pollack stew that was transferred to a hot pot and boil it slightly until the crown daisy dies, and the pollack stew is completed.
STEP 12/13
It is good to put crown daisy and red pepper on a hot pot and boil it and serve it one bowl at a time.
STEP 13/13
It's great for a hearty meal with pollack stew and a bowl of rice.
Bring to a boil with the Mandeuk.
The taste of the soup changes.
