Sweet and salty soy sauce squid fried rice
I often eat squid as a side dish after boiling it sweetly and saltyly, but after frying it, there was a lot of sauce on the pan. One day, there was so much sauce left, I was so hungry and there was cold rice, so I mixed it with the sauce and ate it. It was so good. Since then, I wanted to make fried rice, so I made it.

Ingredients
  • Squid
    1ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Broccoli
    1handful
  • white rice
    2bowl
  • pea
    2TS
  • canned corn
    2TS
  • grape seed oil
    1TS
  • Soy sauce
    2.5TS
  • Sugar
    1.5TS
  • Oyster sauce
    1.5TS
  • crushed garlic
    1ts
  • ground pepper
    1/2ts
  • Sesame oil
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First, mix the soy sauce, sugar, garlic, oyster sauce, and pepper to make the sauce. Cut squid and vegetables into bite-sized pieces and prepare them.
STEP 2/4
Put the cut squid in a heated pan and stir-fry it slightly with oil. When the squid is slightly cooked, add the prepared sauce and boil it down. When the squid is boiled down to a certain extent, add the prepared vegetables.
STEP 3/4
When the sauce and vegetables are mixed well, add cold rice and stir-fry them to mix well. Stir-fry rice, add peas and corn, and stir-fry quickly over high heat so that the rice grains do not burn. (Check the seasoning in the middle and adjust the seasoning with soy sauce or oyster sauce) Add a little bit of sesame oil at the end and it's done.
STEP 4/4
Chewy salty and sweet soy sauce squid fried rice is complete. The combination of chewy squid and fried rice, which are moderately stuffed with soy sauce, goes unexpectedly well. Since it's fried rice with a sweet and salty taste, it's good to make the sauce to the point where it's sweet and salty and boil down the squid enough. I think it would be good to just make it using the vegetables at home. I think it will be a better fried rice if you stir-fry it with seafood.
