Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Chop dried tofu.
STEP 2/6
Chop the onion.
STEP 3/6
Make seasoning with minced garlic, sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
STEP 4/6
Put cooking oil in a frying pan and stir-fry onions.
STEP 5/6
When onions are cooked, add dried tofu and sauce.
STEP 6/6
Stir-fry with salt and pepper, then add sesame oil and finish.
* Stir-fry dried tofu over low heat. * It tastes better with shiitake mushrooms. * If you blanch dried tofu and use it, you can feel the chewy texture.

    It's absolutely delicious! I was wondering what to do after buying the tofu, but it was really delicious when I followed the recipe. Mushrooms and hostesses are in the refrigerator, so I stir-fried them together and added a little peperocino, and it's spicy and sweet. Thank you for the delicious recipe.
