NO11. MASHITA Bamboo shoots
Stir-fried bamboo shoots is one of the recipes of childhood memories. I tried to remember the taste my mom made when I was young. There was frozen bamboo shoots that my acquaintance gave me in the freezer, so I made a side dish.^^ Bamboo shoots have a lot of protein and vitamin B groups, so they are good when you lack energy. It tastes good, too.

  • bamboo shoot
    167g
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • leek
    1/2ea
  • Fish sauce with sand lance extract
    5ml
  • Korean soy sauce
    2.5ml
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • perilla oil
    1T
  • black sesame
    1T
  • Sesame oil
    1/2T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Wash the frozen bamboo shoots and squeeze the water out.
STEP 2/7
Cut it into three pieces, tear it, or cut it, and add 5ml of sand lance extract and 2.5ml of Joseon soy sauce to season it.
STEP 3/7
Preheat pan, add perilla oil and stir-fry onion and garlic.
STEP 4/7
When onions get drowsy
STEP 5/7
Add the marinated bamboo shoots and stir-fry them.
STEP 6/7
When it's stir-fried to a certain extent, add the sliced green onions, stir-fry slightly, and sprinkle black sesame.
STEP 7/7
If you have a family member who doesn't like the scent of perilla oil, add sesame oil to the last step and stir-fry it.
Serve warm in a bowl.
Fry perilla oil quickly because it is weak at high temperatures. If you don't have sand lance extract, you can replace it with anchovy extract. Joseon soy sauce must be put in to not smell bad. If you think it's dry, add some water and stir-fry it.
