Wash the frozen bamboo shoots and squeeze the water out.

Cut it into three pieces, tear it, or cut it, and add 5ml of sand lance extract and 2.5ml of Joseon soy sauce to season it.

If you have a family member who doesn't like the scent of perilla oil, add sesame oil to the last step and stir-fry it.
Serve warm in a bowl.
Fry perilla oil quickly because it is weak at high temperatures.
If you don't have sand lance extract, you can replace it with anchovy extract. Joseon soy sauce must be put in to not smell bad.
If you think it's dry, add some water and stir-fry it.
