These days, when you go to big marts, it's Eonyangsik
They sell bulgogi.
I used a pack of Eonyang Bulgogi.
STEP 3/10
A pack of Eonyang Bulgogi
a handful of boiled and chopped bean sprouts
a handful of chives, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
Minced Cheongyang chili pepper, minced squid legs
STEP 4/10
After adding 4 eggs
Salt, pepper, sesame salt, sesame oil
Put it in.

Remove the internal organs from the well-mixed filling
It's a clean cut squid
Fill it up and cover it well with a toothpick.
STEP 7/10
Pour water into the steamer and when the heat rises
Put the squid on top
Boil it for about 10 minutes.
STEP 8/10
The squid color came out well.
Leave the toothpick as it is
You can cut it.
The filling might come out
Cut it as it is and remove the toothpick.
STEP 9/10
If you put it on a plate
It is possible.
STEP 10/10
Make soy sauce and dip it
It's good when you eat it
Even if you dip it in chili sauce
They say it's good.
Eonyang Bulgogi is finely chopped and has little moisture.
So it's really good for squid sundae and pancakes, too.
I made Korean pancakes with the leftover ingredients from squid sundae
It's so delicious, but I'll post it separately because I have a lot of pictures.
