Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Mix the old kimchi well to make it less salty
STEP 2/8
Chop up the jjaturi vegetables at home with the old kimchi
STEP 3/8
I put zucchini, carrot, and bell pepper
STEP 4/8
Add eggs to vegetables.I'll add cooking wine.
STEP 5/8
Pour in the egg water
STEP 6/8
Place grilled cheese on top
STEP 7/8
Wrap the cheese around and roll it with an egg roll
STEP 8/8
After cooling it down, you can cut it or you can just tear it up and eat it
There's kimchi and cheese, so you don't need to season it. It's grilled cheese, so it doesn't drip down
