Making fried green pepper with citron sauce. It's crispy
I made fried green pepper with citron sauce, which is perfect for inviting guests. It takes a long time to prepare because there are many ingredients in it, but thanks to the fresh feeling and texture of green peppers, you can enjoy it very deliciously.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
[Washing vegetables]
Add 17 green peppers (300g) and 1 spoon of vinegar and paprika, soak in diluted water for about 5 minutes, and clean under running water.
STEP 2/14
[Boiling tofu]
Add water to the pot to cover the tofu (220g) and when it starts to boil over high heat, add the tofu and boil over medium and low heat for about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, remove the tofu and rinse it in cold water until the hotness is slightly gone.
STEP 3/14
[Tofu removes moisture]
Put the half-moon-shaped tofu in a kitchen cloth for 5 minutes and remove the water by pressing it down.
STEP 4/14
[Preparing vegetables] - 1
Chop 50g carrots, 1/4 onions, 1/4 yellow paprika, 1/4 red paprika, and 50g mini saesongi mushroom into small pieces to make green pepper batter.
STEP 5/14
[Preparing vegetables] - 2
Cut 50g of carrots in half-moon shape so that they are not too thick, 1/2 onions into appropriate sizes, and 1 cheongyang pepper into small pieces.
STEP 6/14
[Chopping green peppers]
For 17 green peppers (300g), use a knife to cut only the middle part in a straight line without removing the top.
Use a fork or teaspoon to remove green pepper seeds by scratching.
STEP 7/14
[Making batter sauce] - 1
In a large bowl, add 1/2 dewatered tofu, all chopped vegetables (carrots, onions, paprika, and minisatake mushrooms).
STEP 8/14
[Making green chili pepper paste] - 2
Beat 1 egg, 3 spoons of pancake powder, a little pepper powder, and 4 pinch of salt in a bowl.
STEP 9/14
[Filling green chili peppers with fried tofu]
Scoop the green pepper paste with a teaspoon and fill the green pepper.
STEP 10/14
[Making fried dough]
Put 4 spoons of potato starch and 3 eggs in a bowl
Using a whisk, stir until bubbly.
STEP 11/14
[Frying] - 1
Pour cooking oil into the pot to cover the green peppers and preheat over medium heat until 170-180 degrees.
STEP 12/14
[Frying] - 2
Fry it on medium heat for 3 minutes and 30 seconds
Remove oil from fried green peppers on oil paper.
STEP 13/14
[Making sauce] - 1
Add the citron tea (1 spoon + 130g of water), 1 1/2 spoon of citron, 3 spoonfuls of dark soy sauce, 2 spoonfuls of vinegar, and 1 pinch of salt.
STEP 14/14
[Making sauce] - 2
Place the citron sauce in a preheated pan over medium heat, and when the sauce starts to boil, add the trimmed vegetables (1/2 onions, 50g carrots, 1/4 yellow paprika, 1/4 red paprika), and 1 cheongyang pepper.
Simmer over medium and low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring.
You can eat it with fried green peppers as you like. ^-^
Dough clothes made of egg whites and starch powder are crispy. Eat the citron sauce that has a sweet and sour taste in your mouth (The fried green pepper itself is not salty, but the fresh green pepper flavor is good.)
