STEP 1/9
Slice garlic, cheongyang pepper, and shiitake mushrooms.

Boil based on 1L of water, 10g of salt, and 100g of noodles. Cook 2 minutes less than when boiled with aldante.

While boiling the noodles, put 3 spoons of EV olive oil, add the enchovy and garlic, and heat slowly over medium-low heat.

When olive oil has the scent of garlic and enchovy, and the color changes to golden brown, and enchovy is crushed

Add shiitake mushrooms, red pepper, and stir-fry lightly.

Add about 150cc of fresh water.

Add oysters and cook slightly.
STEP 8/9
Add the noodles that are not cooked for 2 minutes and cook. Cook noodles in sauce over medium heat.

When you have about 2 spoons of sauce left, turn the frying pan and finish by making a mantecare.
