[Recipe of green pepper] Stir-fried Mala pepper
I used to eat mala often because I like the spicy taste of mala, but I made this recipe thinking about making mala side dishes with green pepper. It's perfect for rice side dishes because it goes well with mala sauce by stir-frying it in oil once

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Ingredient Preparation: Wash all ingredients and remove the top of the pepper and garlic

Cut the green pepper in half

Remove the seeds from the green pepper

Cut the peppers into 4cm pieces

Cut the red pepper diagonally

Don't chop the garlic. Press it with a knife and crush it

Add a bit of oil and stir-fry the green pepper slightly

Add bean paste, vinegar, sugar, chili oil, garlic, and red pepper and boil until sugar melts
