Fill a pot with 1L of water and add a stock pack containing anchovies for the soup and heat it over high heat.
When the water starts to boil, lower it to <medium heat> and boil it for another 20 minutes or so, then remove all used anchovies and discard them.

Fill the pot with enough water to cover the eggs and add 2 eggs, half a spoonful of salt and 1 spoon of vinegar.
Heat to <high heat> and simmer for at least 15 minutes when the water boils.

Place 250g of beef brisket in a bowl, add a little pepper, 2 spoons of cooking wine and 1/3 spoon of ground garlic and mix well.

Slice 20g of cabbage or chop it up, and roll up 6 perilla leaves and chop.

Stir well to dissolve the sauce in the broth.

Add sliced onion, cabbage, and fish cake and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes while maintaining strong heat.

Add all the chopped green onions and tteokbokki rice cakes, and when the water starts to boil in <Gangbul>, boil over <Medium> for 10 minutes and <Low> for 5 minutes.

Add all the golden brown beef brisket and perilla leaves and press with a ladle to soak in the soup.
Boil it for another 5 minutes at <Medium low heat> and you'll be done with premium beef brisket tteokbokki just by looking at it.
Beef brisket is an expensive part. I often use frozen Australian products, and they are cost-effective. However, it can be tough sometimes, so you should be careful. Even if it's a little tough, it's good enough with spicy tteokbokki soup.
- If you like spicy food, please put 1 Cheongyang pepper in the sauce.
- Each house has a different firepower, so please take the time to boil it.
- If it's frozen rice cake, soak it in cold water for 30 minutes and make it soft.
