Making beef brisket tteokbokki. Make it luxurious
Australian beef brisket that I bought in bulk at a mart recently It's one of my husband and I like meat parts, but we often use Australian products because of the price pressure of Korean beef. I prefer to grill it, but it disappears quickly when I grill it, so I use it as a side dish when I cook it. Today, I made beef brisket tteokbokki with lots of delicious beef brisket and ate it with my husband. I put in more beef brisket than usual and tried some luxury. Beef brisket is oily and chewy I think it goes well with tteokbokki. When you make tteokbokki, add beef brisket and make it!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
01. Making broth - 1
Remove the intestines (dung) of 13 anchovies for soup and put them all in a broth packs.

Fill a pot with 1L of water and add a stock pack containing anchovies for the soup and heat it over high heat.
When the water starts to boil, lower it to <medium heat> and boil it for another 20 minutes or so, then remove all used anchovies and discard them.

Fill the pot with enough water to cover the eggs and add 2 eggs, half a spoonful of salt and 1 spoon of vinegar.
Heat to <high heat> and simmer for at least 15 minutes when the water boils.
After 15 minutes, remove the egg and rinse with cold water, remove the skin and prepare.

Place 250g of beef brisket in a bowl, add a little pepper, 2 spoons of cooking wine and 1/3 spoon of ground garlic and mix well.
Please allow more than 5 minutes for seasoning.

Please prepare 1 root of green onion.
Slice 20g of cabbage or chop it up, and roll up 6 perilla leaves and chop.
Cut 4 pieces of wide fish cake into triangle shapes.

Place marinated beef brisket in a frying pan heated over medium heat and cook until golden brown for about 3 minutes.

In a bowl, add 4 spoons of red pepper paste, 2 spoons of starch syrup, 1 spoon of plum extract, 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, 1 1/2 spoon of sugar, and a little pepper, stirring well to mix the ingredients well.

Add 800ml of pre-made broth and sauce to the pot and heat to <high heat>.
Stir well to dissolve the sauce in the broth.
When the water starts to boil
Add sliced onion, cabbage, and fish cake and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes while maintaining strong heat.

Add all the chopped green onions and tteokbokki rice cakes, and when the water starts to boil in <Gangbul>, boil over <Medium> for 10 minutes and <Low> for 5 minutes.

Add all the golden brown beef brisket and perilla leaves and press with a ladle to soak in the soup.
Boil it for another 5 minutes at <Medium low heat> and you'll be done with premium beef brisket tteokbokki just by looking at it.
Beef brisket is an expensive part. I often use frozen Australian products, and they are cost-effective. However, it can be tough sometimes, so you should be careful. Even if it's a little tough, it's good enough with spicy tteokbokki soup. - If you like spicy food, please put 1 Cheongyang pepper in the sauce. - Each house has a different firepower, so please take the time to boil it. - If it's frozen rice cake, soak it in cold water for 30 minutes and make it soft.
