How to make fried tofu and paprika with oyster sauce
Each house seems to have a bottle of oyster sauce. As oyster sauce is called an all-around sauce, its popularity is soaring in the sky. I don't often make oyster sauce at home, so I leave it for a long time when I buy a large bottle, but these days, I can easily find products that are sold in small bottles, so I can buy a small amount of oyster sauce at a lower price and eat a bottle of oyster sauce in a short period of time. Oyster sauce is mainly used to make Chinese food, and it is also good to use when making Korean food. The oyster sauce dish I'm presenting today is stir-fried tofu and paprika. It's like Korean food, but it's like Chinese food with oyster sauce, so you can make it delicious and eat it. If you don't make a special seasoning and just have oyster sauce, you can easily make stir-fried tofu and paprika, right? Then I'll tell you how to make stir-fried tofu and paprika right now.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut tofu into 1cm intervals, remove moisture with a kitchen towel, and season with salt and pepper.
STEP 2/8
Remove seeds from yellow paprika and red paprika and shred them at 0.5cm intervals.
STEP 3/8
Cut chives at intervals of 7cm and shiitake mushrooms at intervals of 0.5cm.
STEP 4/8
Grease a pan with an appropriate amount of oil and cook all sides of tofu until golden brown.
STEP 5/8
Transfer the golden-cooked tofu to another plate, place a small amount of oil in a pan and stir-fry the yellow and red paprika.
STEP 6/8
Since red paprika and yellow paprika are vegetables that can be eaten raw, stir-fry them for about 30 seconds and stir-fry them with 1T of shiitake mushroom and oyster sauce.
STEP 7/8
When the shiitake mushrooms are more than half cooked, add 2T of the cooked tofu and oyster sauce and stir-fry them.
STEP 8/8
When all the ingredients are cooked evenly, turn off the heat, add 1T of chives and sesame oil with the remaining heat, and sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds at the end to complete the stir-fry of tofu and paprika.
The most important thing in making stir-fried tofu paprika is to cook all sides of tofu until golden brown. It will not break when stir-frying tofu and paprika together because it will harden only when all sides of tofu are cooked until golden. Since tofu for stew is soft, it is good to use it for soup dishes such as stews because the seasoning is easy to cut into the inside of tofu, and tofu for frying is hard, so it is good to use for frying or cooking. Paprika is a delicious vegetable even if eaten raw, so you don't have to stir-fry it over heat until it's fully cooked, and vitamin A of paprika is a fat-soluble vitamin, so when you stir-fry it in oil, it has a sweet taste and absorbs it well into the body. Because chives have weak tissues, you can turn off the heat and stir-fry them with the remaining heat. If you stir-fry chives from the beginning, it may not only destroy nutrients but a
