Mix yeast and sugar well with lukewarm water and ferment for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, add 1.5 cup of gravity, salt, yogurt, and 1 fermented water and knead.

Put cooking oil on the surface

Cover the dough with a wet kitchen towel and let it ripen for an hour.

Prepare cilantro and minced garlic.

After 1 hour, when the dough is smoothly aged, divide it into 4 pieces.

Sprinkle crushed garlic and cilantro on top of the dough and push it with a rolling pin.

Flip it over and apply water to the back.

Do not put cooking oil in a frying pan and bake slowly over medium heat.

When it swells, turn the frying pan over and grill it directly over a gas fire.

Bake and butter to complete.
If the room temperature is less than 20 degrees Celsius, increase the fermentation time further.
