Mushroom stir-fried udon with plenty of mushrooms that are good
It's a mushroom fried udon with a lot of mushrooms that are good for immunity. All you have to do is cut and stir-fry the ingredients, so you can make it super fast, it's good as a bowl of food, and I recommend it as a dinner menu and a weekend menu.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
- Material preparation
- Prepare carrots in the same amount as onions, oyster mushrooms in the same amount as other mushrooms, and cheongyang peppers according to your preference
STEP 2/8
- Soak the udon noodles in warm water beforehand
Tip. Remove the fat and sour taste and soak it so that it melts well. It's better to rinse the warm water 2-3 times in the middle.
STEP 3/8
- Remove the bottom of shiitake mushrooms and chop them into 0.2cm thick pieces
- Shred the mushrooms and onions in the same thickness
- Tear oyster mushrooms to the same thickness with your hands
- Slice carrots thinner than other ingredients
- Slice bacon 1cm thick
- Chop Cheongyang red pepper
STEP 4/8
- Stir-fry bacon and minced garlic in a pan
STEP 5/8
- When garlic is golden, stir-fry mushrooms, onions, cooking wine, and soy sauce
STEP 6/8
- When mushrooms die, stir-fry udon noodles, carrots, cheongyang peppers, and oyster sauce
STEP 7/8
- If it's dry, add a bit of water and stir-fry it for 2 minutes
- Finishing with pepper
Tip. Look at the seasoning before you finish and add oyster sauce if it's bland

- If you put it in, the mushroom stir-fried udon, which is good!
