This video of making grape jam is a grape jam that uses all the grape skins. Usually, when making grape jam, the grapes are boiled as they are, and when the skin and seeds are separated, the skin and seeds are filtered through a strainer. Grape skins are rich in resveratrol, an antioxidant, and there are also many vitamin k, which is essential for blood clotting. This is the hardest job!!! ^____^
STEP 3/7
Bring grapes to a boil in a pot. When the grape seeds start to fall out and appear, turn off the heat and strain through a sieve.
STEP 4/7
Strain the grape seeds and put them in a pot.
STEP 5/7
Grind the separated shell roughly and mix it with 6.
STEP 6/7
Add 300g of sugar and bring to a boil.
*If you want to make it sweeter, it doesn't matter if you add more sugar.
*If you make a large amount and store it for a long time, you need to add a lot of sugar to make it so that it doesn't go bad.
*When making jam, I sometimes add lemon juice, but I didn't add this grape because it has a strong sour taste.
STEP 7/7
When the concentration is right, cool it down and store it in a container.
This jam, which uses all of its skin, needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Add baking soda and vinegar to the grapes washed in running water to remove any pesticide residue that may remain. Stir while soaking for about 5 minutes. And wash it again under running water.
