Ultra-simple air fryer recipe coconut shrimp using frozen food
The popularity of air fryers seems to be continuing these days. With the price range much lower than when it was first released, various brands are releasing it in various sizes, so it seems that you can choose and purchase the products you need at home. Along with the growing popularity of air fryers, air fryer frozen food recipes that can be made and eaten at home are also being introduced in a much more diverse range than before. Among them, I would like to show you the coconut shrimp product that I was very satisfied with these days. [Air fryer information: Philips HD9650/96] - The firepower may vary depending on the product, so it is recommended that you set the time by referring to the app or recipe guidebook of your air fryer.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
When I went to the new supermarket in front of my house, there was a simple product that could be cooked in an air fryer for about 10 minutes. Actually, I saw a lot of fried shrimp products before, but I bought it quickly because I've never seen coconut shrimp before. It contains 500G, and I think it's about a pound considering the portion that can be consumed except for the tail. The price is usually $13 and I bought it for $9.99 on sale this time. It's a lot better than I thought, right?
STEP 2/7
Cooking time is recommended for 8 to 10 minutes in a regular oven. In the case of air fryers, there are overlapping parts, so I need to set a longer time. I think I'll use it often in the future because it's a simple product that completes the delicious coconut shrimp sold in Izakaya or pubs just by putting it in and turning it around.
STEP 3/7
I'll put the parchment paper that I recently bought for the air fryer first.
STEP 4/7
And I'm going to put coconut shrimp, the frozen food of the air fryer. You have to put it in so that there is an empty space in between so that you can bake it crispy overall.
STEP 5/7
I'll set the temperature now. Bake for 14 minutes at a temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit [190 degrees Celsius].
STEP 6/7
The bottom part was crispy and well-done. If the bottom part is soggy when you check it in the middle, it would be better if you turn it around for another 5 minutes.
STEP 7/7
There's a sauce I personally want to recommend. Plum sauce goes really well with coconut shrimp. It's moderately sour and sweet, so if you dip it in the sauce, it disappears quickly. Thanks to the frozen food and air fryer recipe that I don't usually use, I'm using it well. Enjoy your day! :)
