Gently dissolve salt-free butter at room temperature, then add sugar powder and mix (do not mix too long)

Add the sifted flour to 1 and mix it as if you are splitting it

Add crushed Oreos and mix lightly

Scoop dough with 4cm diameter ice cream scoop

Pan the dough in a baking sheet pan (it hardly spreads when baking

Bake at 160C for 15 minutes (time and temperature may vary depending on the oven)

Allow to stand in a pan for 5 minutes, transfer to rack and cool completely
