Almond biscotti - no egg, no butter, no milk
Biscotti means to bake twice. I didn't add eggs, milk, or butter. I recommend it when you want to enjoy cookies more healthily! A savory and crispy biscotti!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Stir-fry the almonds over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes until they have a savory scent and turn golden brown, and cool them enough to prepare.

Put grape seed oil, soy milk, raw sugar, and salt in a bowl.

Mix well enough to mix well.

Add vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.

Sieve flour, whole wheat flour. Add almond powder and baking powder and mix roughly.

Mix the powders roughly, then add the baked almonds and mix well.

Make it into a lump
Place the dough in the oven pan and make it into a long oval shape of about 16 x 9.5 cm.

Bake at 170 for 20 to 25 minutes.

When it's cool enough, cut it.

Bake at 180 for 10 minutes.
