Cooking Steps

STEP 1/5

Place milk, whipped cream and sugar in a milk pan and bring to a boil over medium heat

Add earl grey tea bag, brew tea for 3 minutes, then remove tea bag

STEP 3/5

Bring to a boil stirring constantly until thickened

STEP 4/5

When thick enough, remove from heat and cool

STEP 5/5
