Boil chestnuts in a pot with enough water to cover chestnuts for about 25 minutes.

Cool the cooked chestnuts, cut them in half when warm, and scoop out the filling with a teaspoon.

Put chestnut pulp and sugar in a pot and mix well with a rubber spatula.

Add maple syrup and 90g of water at night, mix well, and boil over medium heat while stirring well with a rubber spatula.

When it boils up, continue to stir with a rubber spatula and boil for another 2 to 4 minutes.

Turn off the heat and change it well with a hand blender.

Put ground chestnuts and an appropriate amount of water in a pot and put it back on low heat, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula, and turn off the heat when it boils.

When chestnut jam is hot, put it in a hot sterilized bottle and cool it upside down.
